Arrivals and Departures

Guests can arrive at Eastbrook Cottage any time between 4.30pm and 7.00pm. On the day of departure guests will need to vacate their rooms by 10.30am. If you wish to arrive earlier or later please contact us and I am sure we will be able to accommodate you.

Cancellations

Eastbrook Cottage reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if notice of non-arrival is not received at least 48 hours prior to your stay. Notice provided between 24-48 hours prior to booked dates will incur a charge of up to 50% of the total booking and up to 100% if less than 24 hours notice is provided.
